I always get a lot of energy from coaching people so that they get thebest out of themselves as individuals, but certainly also within a team. I am areal connector. In various positions it was my job to establish connectionsbetween the military and other organizations. I would like to continue to usethe experience I have gained, even now that I am no longer on active duty.
